Every effort will be made to fill all orders and adjust web availability to reflect merchandise that is currently in stock.

All orders are shipped within 1-10 business days. If a shipment is delayed beyond this time, Quint Essentials will contact you via e-mail or phone to advise you of the delay. The customer may cancel the order at that time.

Quint Essentials cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Backorders:
All in stock merchandise will be shipped immediately. Any items that are awaiting delivery, will be shipped as they arrive with no additional shipping charges.

Returns:
Merchandise in resaleable condition, with original tags attached, are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The original credit card used will be credited, less Shipping & Handling.
